Every home we design is created exclusively for the client and the property it is intended for. Black & Whitestone Residential Design Ltd. does not maintain or resell a catalogue of house plans. Each design is developed around your vision, lot, municipal bylaws, budget, and lifestyle.

The homes featured on our website are conceptual designs intended to showcase our creativity and design philosophy. While ideas, sketches, and inspiration may begin the conversation, every final design is uniquely created for each client, respecting the privacy and individuality of their home.
